The Make It Fun Health LLC Terms, Conditions, Waiver, and Community Code of Conduct

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This agreement affects your legal rights, including your right to sue. By applying for and participating in the Make It Fun Health program (the “Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms below.

Welcome to the family! Once your application is approved, we’re thrilled to support you on your journey toward a healthier, more vibrant you. Before we start munching, moving, and making life better, we need to cover some important (but hopefully painless) legal basics.

1. We Are Coaches, Not Your Doctors (Not Medical Advice)
Make It Fun Health LLC is not a medical provider. The information, guidance, movement ideas, recipes, and dietary suggestions we provide are for educational and motivational purposes only and are not medical advice.

  • Always consult with your physician or another qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing your diet, exercise routine, medications, or treatment plan—especially if you are managing a chronic condition.

  • Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read, hear, or experience in this Program.

While many people experience improvements in health, energy, and chronic conditions through lifestyle changes, results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

2. Medication Monitoring & Chronic Conditions (Very Important)
When eating a whole-foods, plant-based diet, some chronic conditions may improve rapidly—sometimes within days or weeks. Because of this, medications may need adjustment by a medical doctor.

By participating in this Program, if you are taking prescription medications, you agree to have your medication levels monitored by your physician. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as type-2 diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol (dyslipidemia), coronary artery disease, obesity and metabolic syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), GERD, early-stage chronic kidney disease, and autoimmune conditions.

Needing a reduction in medication is not a setback—it is often a sign that your body is healing. However, when health improves quickly, medication levels can become too strong. You agree that new, worsening, or repeated symptoms are a “call your doctor now” situation, not something to push through.

Examples of warning signs include (but are not limited to):

  • Diabetes medications (especially insulin and sulfonylureas): shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion, irritability, blurred vision, heart racing, or blood glucose below 70 mg/dL.

  • Blood pressure medications (including diuretics): dizziness when standing, fainting, extreme fatigue, blurred vision, dehydration, or BP consistently below 90/60.

  • Heart medications (including beta blockers): unusually slow heart rate, shortness of breath with minimal effort, dizziness, or exercise intolerance.

  • Anticoagulants: easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or dark/bloody stools.

  • Cholesterol medications: muscle pain, weakness, unusual fatigue, or brain fog.

If something feels “off,” you agree to trust that instinct and consult your physician.

3. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility
You voluntarily choose to participate in this online Program and understand that changes involving nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle habits involve inherent risks, including known and unknown risks.

You knowingly and freely assume all such risks and agree that you participate entirely at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, behaviors, and results during and after participation in the Program.

You agree to listen to your body, act within your personal limits, and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.

4. Physical Activity & Safety
While this Program emphasizes food and lifestyle, you may choose to increase physical activity.

  • You acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks of injury.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks related to movement and dietary changes.

  • If something hurts, feels wrong, or concerns you, you agree to stop and consult a qualified professional.

5. One-Year Commitment & Results
Meaningful change takes time. By joining, you are committing to yourself and the Program for a 12-month journey. We provide tools, education, and support—but you are responsible for implementation. We do not guarantee weight loss, disease reversal, or specific outcomes, as results depend on many individual factors.

6. Community Guidelines (No “Party Poopers”)
We work hard to keep Make It Fun Health positive, respectful, and supportive. By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat coaches and fellow members with respect

  • Keep private community discussions confidential

  • Avoid bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Program (without refund) who creates a toxic or unsafe environment. By signing this agreement, you also agree to abide by the Make It Fun Health Community Code of Conduct attached hereto, which is incorporated into this contract by reference.

7. Intellectual Property
All Program materials—including but not limited to recipes, videos, written content, and group sessions—are the intellectual property of Make It Fun Health LLC and are provided for your personal use only. You agree not to copy, sell, distribute, or share proprietary content without written permission. Please keep the “secret sauce” in the family.

8. Payment & Refunds
Because we invest in your success from Day 1:

  • Pre-paid application Program payments are refundable only within the first 30 days.

  • Payments made under a pay-what-it’s-worth structure are non-refundable.

9. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Make It Fun Health LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, or liabilities, including claims based on negligence, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

You agree that you will not sue or bring legal action against Make It Fun Health LLC for any injury, illness, loss, or damage related to your participation.

10. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Legal Costs

If a disagreement arises, you agree to make every reasonable effort to resolve it civilly and in good faith through open communication.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved exclusively and finally through binding arbitration, and not in a court of law, conducted in Summit County, Utah. You agree that costs shall be shared as per arbitration rules.

If you initiate a lawsuit despite this agreement and the court allows the claim to proceed, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in Summit County, Utah. You also agree to pay all court costs and legal fees incurred by both yourself and Make It Fun Health LLC.

If you do not prevail, you further agree to reimburse Make It Fun Health LLC for reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs expended in connection with the dispute in addition to all other costs and fees.

11. Severability
If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. The Make It Fun Health: Community Code of Conduct
Last Updated: January 2026

Welcome to the family! To ensure the Make It Fun Health community remains a safe, supportive, and high-vibe space for everyone to heal and grow, we ask all members to adhere to the following "Rules of the Road."

1. The "Supportive Squad" Rule
We are here to lift each other up.

  • Do: Celebrate wins (even tiny ones!), offer encouragement, and share your journey with vulnerability.

  • Don't: Engage in shaming, "tough love" that isn't requested, or unsolicited critiques of another member's progress.

2. Radical Respect (No Bullying)
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate speech related to race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.

  • Personal attacks, "call-out" posts, or aggressive language directed at members or coaches.

  • Persistent "un-fun" behavior that dampens the collective energy of the group.

3. Privacy & The "Vault" Principle
What happens in the group stays in the group. To foster true transformation, members must feel safe sharing their health struggles.

  • Do not screenshot, record, or share the personal stories, photos, or health data of other members outside of this Program.

  • Violation of member privacy is grounds for immediate removal without a refund.

4. No "Backseat Doctoring"
While we share what works for us, we must be careful with medical advice.

  • Do: Share your personal experience (e.g., "I felt much better when I added more leafy greens!").

  • Don't: Give medical directives to others (e.g., "You should stop taking your medication immediately" or "You have [Condition X]"). Always refer peers back to their physician or the Program coaches.

5. No Solicitation or "Side Hustles"
This is a place for health, not a marketplace.

  • Please do not use the community to pitch your own products, MLM opportunities, services, or outside "health cures." We want to keep the focus 100% on the Make It Fun Health journey.

6. Conflict Resolution
f you have a disagreement with a coach or another member:

  • Step 1: Take a breath.

  • Step 2: Reach out to a coach privately via [Email/Direct Message] to resolve the issue.

  • Step 3: Avoid "airing grievances" in the public forum, as this disrupts the healing environment for others.

Enforcement & "The Hook"
We’re all adults here, but we take our community's "vibe" seriously.

  • Warnings: For minor infractions, you’ll receive a private "Hey, let’s pivot" check-in from a coach.

  • Removal: For serious violations (privacy breaches, hate speech, or repeated disruption), we reserve the right to remove you from the Program and all community platforms immediately. As stated in our Waiver, removals due to Code of Conduct violations are non-refundable.

Acknowledgment
By clicking “I Agree” or submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Waiver.
